Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor, who gained notoriety after appearing on Disney XD's sitcom Pair of Kings. From her very beginning she's appeared in numerous films and television shows. She hosted Ballroom with a Twist, the new and groundbreaking show that features celebrities who emcee on Dancing with the Stars. Barbara was a part of the Lifetime's Army Wives TV Series, as a guest on in ABC's George Lopez and played a regular role in Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Barbara played the role of Neil Simon's adaptation of The Odd Couple for women and on stage with Hal Linden in Love Letters. Barbara appeared on stage in Kansas City Missouri at The New Theatre in 2012. The show Social Security ran for one month on stage in Jacksonville Florida.
